All other areas of Southeast Queensland are patrolled using one of our teams of associates that is located in your local area. All of these teams are members of the Queensland Security Association and adhere to high standards of service.

More About Fast-Track System

Waterloo Security and Alarms was one of the first Security companies to offer a verification system and is still one of the very few companies that can prove the security service is being completed by the use of this system and digital video recorders mounted in our patrol vehicles.

The Fast-Track system is an electronic logging system that tracks all our staffs' movements and activities. A small button the size of a watch battery (a few buttons if you have a larger site) is installed on you site. Security must walk to this button and touch the wand on it to record a time and date stamp recorded to your account.

The Fast Tracking Electronic Logbook utilises the TEK™ or DAELIBS™ Logger for the collection of Dallas iButton™ serial numbers that are used as the unique tracking identifiers for the attendance verification system. Each button has criteria set such as what type of personnel is to visit the location, site or item, when, how often and within what time frame and what they did while they were there.

From this collected data, a date and time stamped attendance record is generated to match against the set of route specifications. Reports can then be generated to show whether or not the set criteria have been met. The package also allows you to track and report on individual personnel, sites and clients. Clients can request a report at any time to ensure you are getting the service you are paying for or to identify what happened while security was on site.

Unique Identifiers

Dallas iButtons™ are silicon chips that contain individually unique serial numbers which are housed in a stainless steel MicroCan™ and produced in a fashion that guarantees each one is unique. This individuality and the fashion by which they are made and encased, make duplication, if not impossible, impractical. These and other features make them one of the most robust and secure identification tags available for use with attendance verification and inspection systems. They cannot be copied, affected by weather, UV light, magnetism, temperature, solvents, etc. They are easily and accurately read with one touch of a data collection Logger.
