Your business insurance may be discounted with the addition of a back to base alarm system. Waterloo Security & Alarms can monitor your new or existing alarm using a local control room ensuring your alarm doen't got through multiple exchanges before being actioned.

You alarm is then actioned by a licensed Security Officer who knows your site. We follow your instrucitons as to what to do next,

We monitor all current alarm transmission formats and respond quickly to every monitored event. Events include (but are not limited to) intruder, fire, tamper, panic, duress, refrigeration, mains power and standby battery, medical, plant and other specialised alarms (e.g. computer rooms, incubators, etc), fail to test/report, openings out of scheduled hours, and late closes /opens.

Accurate and timely reporting is a priority. Full alarm and event history is recorded. We issue printed activity reports upon request.

Waterloo Security can also offer a monitoring service for bureau. Alarm Technicians and Small Security companies can contact us for a reseller discount.

*Conditions of free monitoring change over: You must have less than 12 months remaining on your existing alarm monitoring contract. Technician will visit site and add monitoring code. Technician will test your system, and errors in the existing system or replacement parts are not included. The alarm is still your responsibility, as we are not able to take over any warranty on your system.
